The staff were friendly and courteous, and the room was a good size with the option to cook. The modest mini‑apartment had two rooms and a shared bathroom in an 80s building, and it suffered from typical construction flaws like poor thermal and acoustic insulation. It’s about 3 km from the train station and 3 km from the center, with a nearby bus stop; walking is possible if you’re in good shape. The price for the room is a bit high.

The value for money was good, the room was clean and large with a balcony and a kitchen equipped with many appliances. Even though there’s no air‑conditioning, a fan works in the room. Check‑in was quick, and the owner was easy to contact in English. The large supermarket, the station, and the coast (Sirolo and Numana) are very close. The towels and bed linens were of good quality, and it was easy to find the place on Google Maps. The contact at the bed was helpful. The only downside was that it’s a residential area, so it gets noisy at night – the neighbors’ loud TV/music and shouting made the mood bad. It’s a bit far from the center and the station.
