Our stay here was absolutely the best hotel experience we’ve had; the moment we reached reception, the lovely Philip greeted us and had us laughing right away—he’s a true gentleman. The rooms were very clean, well laid out, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was good; nothing else to note.

The staff, facilities, and location were all great, but queuing for coffee took forever.

The staff were great and very friendly, the location was perfect for us, and the room was very clean and comfortable with a good temperature and an amazing bed. The stay was lovely overall, though the shower temperature was a little inconsistent; otherwise everything else was great.

The facility was pretty good, but the shower didn’t work properly—it alternated between scalding and cold, the pressure was terrible at its peak and then dropped to a trickle, so it took 15 minutes to rinse my hair. The restaurant was understaffed and couldn’t handle three tables of 2–3 patrons each; we never got a second drink, one meal was incorrect, and it took an hour to receive our food. The waitresses were pleasant but simply not up to the task.
