The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was satisfactory, and the location is good. The room is cramped, especially the bathroom; the room faces the street, so there is a lot of noise and light with no blackout curtains. In short, we slept poorly.

Great location, less than 1 min to San Marco!! Air con was very needed. Very bad smell on ground floor of property. Stairs a little tricky to navigate with luggage and our room was tiny so not enough room to store luggage or put clothes out. Appreciate the decor is authentic but it felt a bit dirty (bed sheet / dusty lamps)

Right after leaving the hotel, I felt like I could jump straight into San Marco Square. The staff were always smiling and very helpful, explaining everything nicely. Breakfast was limited in variety but tasty, and I appreciated that they let me leave my luggage. The prosecco was a nice touch, and the 18th‑century style décor really boosted the Venetian vibe. The only downside was that the bathroom only had full‑body shampoo; bringing conditioner or treatment would be wise.
