Great location, fantastic staff, everything ran smoothly, and the parking spot was secure.
The restaurant served tasty food, but everything else at the hotel—whether eating by the pool or ordering drinks—made the staff ask for tips. We tried to book by the pool at 3 pm, and each of the three staff members kept asking for a tip again. Even at breakfast, one waitress demanded a tip. My partner had to pay an extra 120 shekels for tips on a zero‑price minibar and breakfast that was included in the room rate, on top of the stay for two soldiers.

We appreciated the order, cleanliness, and the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile; the kitchen was excellent and we celebrated a birthday at the restaurant—it was simply wonderful. Late‑night noise in the courtyard, likely from outside guests, disturbed us, and the dining room allowed outside guests—including children—to enter, creating a noisy environment. The hotel’s many balconies let outside visitors sit in the dining area, so we had no space there and, having booked a large suite, we were forced to sit on a balcony—a completely unacceptable situation. We didn’t want to cause trouble when everything was already chaotic. Please note that we went to the dining room on a Sunday morning as scheduled, and I believe you should address this.
The staff are simply delightful and helpful in every way, the food is exceptional, breakfast is among the best, and the cocktails at the pool are top‑grade. The pool area needs maintenance, cleaning, and renovation.
