“Great hotel in a lovely location!”

The room was cozy, the views were stunning, breakfast was superb, staff were very helpful, and the spot was ideal for visiting Bulguksa Temple & Seokguram Grotto; catching a bus to Daereunwon Tomb Complex was a breeze, the ‘Time After Time’ exhibit in the hotel was worth seeing, and the sauna and games room were fun. The only gripe was that we couldn’t set up Netflix on the room TV because it was locked into the hotel system—a small price for such a lovely stay.

The staff were friendly, but the facilities looked pretty worn out and the breakfast, which used to be good value, felt disappointing this time.

The cleaning was decent and the staff courteous, yet every time I shifted in bed the frame creaked and the blanket rubbed loudly enough to ruin my sleep, and the hallway noise leaked straight into the room with no soundproofing at all.

The setting near Mount Tohamsan offered lovely natural scenery and the golf course and other facilities were decent, while the staff were friendly; however, the bedding didn’t seem to be kept clean and I wish they paid more attention to pest control.

The breakfast line was absurdly long, the wait was excessive and because so many people were queuing we had to eat quickly and get out.
