The value for money, sea view, and good location were great. There was no soap refill for 15 days, so I had to buy my own. Toilet paper had to be requested; there was no roll in the room. I understand that towels and sheets are replaced every 6 days, but a daily light cleaning isn’t a luxury. Only the bins were emptied daily. We never saw the bathroom cleaned.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty and varied.

The location was beautiful, but parking is charged during the high season, there’s no all‑inclusive option, and the breakfast that was included in the price was meager and lacked variety.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town; we walked to the beach with a small child in about 10 minutes. The hotel’s restaurant was excellent, everything tasted wonderful, and there was also a lunch menu; the staff were great. However, the room was cleaned and the trash was taken out daily, yet there was still a lot that could be improved in terms of cleanliness. I was left with a very bad impression that for 5 days we were never given new towels, but that seems to be the hotel’s policy.
