The staff were quiet and friendly, and the rooms and property were very clean.

The bed was great, but the toilet in room 220 flushed loudly.

The location was convenient for restaurants and the beach, and there was plenty of parking. If you don’t like it freezing cold in your room (we prefer about 75 °F), the A/C struggles to control humidity even in Dry‑mode; the floor stays wet overnight, like freshly wiped, which isn’t ideal. Breakfast was on the lower end, typical for this type of hotel chain. The coffee was terrible on day one but improved on day two; the scrambled eggs and sausages were still out of order.

The room smelled musky, and after a flare‑up of asthma I had to check out, but the hotel couldn’t accommodate me immediately because it was a third‑party cancellation.
