All the toiletries were from L’Occitane, the room was spotless, and the rate included breakfast.

The room was very clean and the staff were very attentive. No complaints.

The air‑conditioning in the room worked well and the place was clean. Although we booked for three people, the check‑in took a long time to sort out and we still had to request an extra bed after getting the room; the staff said adding a bed didn’t meet fire regulations, yet they eventually provided one, claiming everything went smoothly. The hotel should give the booking platform complete information instead of shifting responsibility to it when guests have questions.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The breakfast was a letdown, and the transportation options were pretty limited. The cleanliness was just okay, and the staff didn't exactly go out of their way to be friendly. I even found an ashtray in the toilet, which was just gross. On top of all that, the services were lacking, and the price wasn't exactly fair. To top it all off, there was no gym, which was a major bummer.
