“Great value, staff could be a little more friendly”
The shower head was awful and the water pressure made it nearly impossible to shower.
The hotel was awful! No hot water, I had to turn on the heater myself. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, the room was dirty, a nightmare; after two hours of intense heat we left. Instead of celebrating a friend’s birthday happily, we went home. Shameful place.

The comfort and quiet were good, and the evening music and nighttime events were held on the beach far from the rooms to keep guests calm. Every day there were kids’ activities followed by adult ones (fire games, lantern dancing, dancing, etc.). Thanks especially to chef Wael, a world‑class artist, and of course to Mohammed who manages the restaurants and kitchen. On the downside, the only payment method accepted was the dollar; they even didn’t take pounds. The only solution was to pay with a Visa card. The hotel is a quarter hour away from the bridge and customs, so the tax paid isn’t refunded. It’s a 5‑star hotel in theory, but in reality it’s only 3 stars because rooms, buildings, and colors need renovation. The welcome drink came in plastic cups without decoration—something that could attract tourists if done properly and with varied drinks. An incident with my husband at the bar: we requested a special drink, but the staff gave him a plastic cup instead of a fancy glass one, which felt disrespectful even though we, as Arabs, are generous and respectful toward foreigners who pay in shekels. Within three days, the room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t changed. The hotel is generally very clean, the pool area is spotless, but room service was poor, the food was average, with few options and repetitive, not meeting expected quality. Even when I asked the chef for a special meal, the payment was expensive and there was no water for adults or children.
The room was very clean, organized, and had everything needed! The view from floor 16 is stunning. The price was very low, and the value was definitely excellent for the cost. The fact that the hotel appears as both “Pic Haifa” and “Hotel Migdale” is confusing… Why does Booking list two different hotels with different prices, photos, and ratings if it’s actually the same place? The hotel’s surroundings, like many parts of Haifa, are artificial and neglected, but again the price is great and the room was completely fine.
The staff were kind, the place was clean 👍
