The structure is very beautiful but not very polished. The service was not up to the category. Little kindness and little availability, except for the reception girl, the SPA girl and the restaurant girl: Too bad.
The structure is like a 4‑star, very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and with somewhat vintage but well‑maintained rooms. The staff always leaves me perplexed because it’s not up to the place. At the reception the service is good but at the bar and the restaurant there is a lot of apportioning and the waits are always long.

The pool and spa were present, though we didn’t use them, and the bar/restaurant was good. For a 4‑star resort, the cleanliness was lacking; I paid extra for a double room, yet the beds were only joined after we pointed it out.

The hotel looked stunning, the facilities were clean and well‑maintained, and our room was very large and comfortable with several staff members being quite attentive; however, the restaurant was slow and some employees were dishonest, and although we booked mainly for the spa and stayed five days/four nights, the spa was closed on two days despite the website and our reservation notes saying otherwise, and on the other days no one answered our calls or could tell us about massage availability, so we never got to use the spa at all.
