Marco and his parents were incredibly kind and friendly. Marco had plenty of great recommendations ready for us! The proximity to La Spezia and Levanto made life super easy, because we drove there and then took the 5‑Terri train ticket from there.

We deliberately chose the somewhat remote location. The place Pignone is very quiet and lovely. Those who avoid tourist bustle are well served here. All sites and attractions in the Cinque Terre are easily reachable from here. The landlord is extremely friendly. The entire property with restaurant is beautiful.

Marco’s welcome, the cleanliness, the kindness, the setting, and especially the unforgettable potato festival of Pignone and the sausage feria vibe were all highlights. The Italian breakfast might be a bit stingy 🙏.

The staff were very friendly, the location convenient for visiting not only the Cinque Terre. The area is very calm, perfect if you’re looking for rest. The room was warm, but that was also due to the excessive heat from the odd climate.

The inn is located in a quiet, silent valley, surrounded by lush greenery and a meticulously tended garden. The room is spacious, cool and clean, with a large bathroom and all the comforts. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are polite and courteous (highly recommend trying the restaurant for dinner!). The location is great for hiking and visiting the Cinque Terre.
