“Not what we wanted”

The location is okay and the food is well prepared and tasty. The facility is not on the 4‑star level; it is at most 2. Old, thin walls, broken tiles, doors not functioning and very loud when closing. We chose the hotel for its sports facility and then realized: the volleyball court is non‑functional due to a swamp on the court, tennis courts too expensive (20 eur/hour), basketball court removed.

“A améliorer”

Being close to the beach was a big plus, but the food was often cold and could use improvement. Getting a table for six was tricky and we were frequently split up. There was no way to arrange a 12:30‑meal even though the taxi was waiting for 13:00. A group of English ladies had reserved seats with towels by the pool, yet they only occupied one side and kept them for the afternoon.

The staff welcomed us warmly and the hotel’s location is nice. The rooms are spacious, but the paint, furniture, and curtains need a fresh coat. The bathroom had water damage because the door base was warped.

Breakfast was excellent.

Localização boa e atendimento ótimo. Estrutura do hotel bem legal para famílias. Café da manhã com bastante opção porém muitos produtos industrializados ou de qualidade mediana. Provavelmente por se tratar de hotel com um grande volume e circulação de pessoas
