My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel, thanks to the staff's exceptional friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs. They even upgraded our room after we reported an issue with the showerhead and went out of their way to help us when my wife couldn't find transportation during Khmer New Year. However, we did experience some issues with the room's maintenance, including unmade beds and missing towels, and the door's security was a concern due to a faulty deadbolt.
