The TV was hard to use, the app was too complicated, and I couldn’t find channels easily.

Limpeza. Check in precisa ser mais rápido. Eu já tinha feito o web check in e mesmo sem fila, o processo foi lento, e não foi culpa da funcionária e sim do processo. Outros hotéis já estão bem mais ágeis

Reception service was very slow. Even though I had checked in early, the process was unnecessarily slow. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the shower would turn off constantly because the tap wouldn’t stay in the position it was set. The pillows were poor. The air conditioner barely cooled. The bath towel was visibly dirty (as shown in the attached photos). It was a really bad experience.
