The host was reachable and very responsive, and it was a nice touch that she gave us a croissant as a welcome treat even though we didn’t buy breakfast. That gesture was especially appreciated after traveling. The space was smaller than the places we usually stay at, but it had everything we needed and the host met all our requests, for example, we needed an iron and he provided it.

Location is excellent. Bus stop, supermarket, restaurants all nearby. Central Bologna is approx 20min walk. Check-in process was super easy, and our host was very helpful
