The hotel’s cleanliness and the rooms’ spacious, modern design with comfortable beds were impressive, and the housekeeping staff left a very positive impression. The overall comfort, modern amenities, and well-maintained condition of the hotel were all highly appealing. However, the breakfast buffet felt monotonous and lacked variety, and missing items were only replenished after a long wait. The service overall did not convince us; one receptionist was reserved and unhelpful, and at another point the front desk was unstaffed for an extended period, forcing us to wait. A staff member’s conduct during breakfast was particularly unpleasant: while we were still eating, we were told to stand up and move to another seat, and the manner in which this was communicated felt unfriendly and unsympathetic. These incidents significantly dimmed what would otherwise have been a very positive experience.
