The reception lady on the second shift on 18‑19 April 2026 was very polite, responsible and professional.

The staff were really friendly, which made our stay nice. We also had an amazing view from our room. However, the sauna wasn't working and we were surprised that coffee wasn't included in the breakfast.

Parking was easy and the location for Pogradec is decent, plus the room itself was quite large. It felt a bit primitive, though, missing basics like a shower shelf or towel hook. Breakfast was fine but could have been better.
