Everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble; the team at the hotel is truly wonderful. The only downside was having to call '0' from the bar to get service at certain times of day.

The room was spacious and well equipped, breakfast and the restaurant were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location and grounds were great. Nothing was missing; everything was good, making it an excellent hotel.

The staff were great, the parking lot was a good size, the decor was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. I would have liked robes so I could head to the spa in one instead of changing in the spa.

The staff were amazing and the facilities are very good. The swimming pool and spa really take this place to the next level. Only one thing and that's a very small gripe. Some air con in the rooms would have made this hotel out of this world
