Morning coffee was okay—not special, I think the hotel is great in summer but not in winter. The food and service were very unfriendly; when we asked about half portions they were rudely turned down, which isn’t offered here. For non‑half‑board guests the food options were tiny. Later we ate at another hotel where the service and advice were fantastic! We reported this to management, so I can’t recommend the place; it’s only suitable for half or full board, definitely not for restaurant visitors.

Well kept, creative, knowledgeable. Excellent vegetarian dishes, sensational salads, outstanding breakfast. Great park area and warm hospitality.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of everything, a wide selection. The location was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The spa area was unbeatable, with sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin. The weather was bad, but the hotel couldn’t do anything about that 😅
