A half‑hour delay caused a missed lock, the phone stayed dead, and after an hour of fruitless attempts to contact anyone I had to return home in the middle of the night.

The location is quite good, close to the road and the river, and the room was big with a kitchen; but if you’re hoping for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place— the apartment is run with a campsite, loud music plays after 22:00, the staff seem indifferent, and drunk people sang at 7:00 in the morning; even after I complained immediately I only got a reply 24 hours later, and the campsite manager said they could do nothing except issue a small warning; we had a “lovely” warm night thanks to the music, yelling, talking and singing, which forced us to keep the windows closed all night, and we also got to enjoy a “free sauna” in the apartment; the next morning we left with other guests, all looking resentful from lack of sleep; we sincerely “recommend” staying here if you want great late‑night music and a “free sauna”!

I was happy with the location, the staff were friendly, and the breakfasts tasted good, but the sink drain made loud noises.

The apartments were great, the price was reasonable, and the balcony overlooked the camping field and the Dunajec with a constant pleasant river hum; the mattresses were very comfortable and the cleanliness was top‑class. Getting there was easy, with two large parking lots so I had no worries. The silence and peace were rare.
