This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at; I killed more than seven cockroaches in the five hours I was there, and every towel in the room had hair or something else on it. When we told the front desk, they replied, “yeah we can’t do anything about that,” so I’ll never return.

The room looked clean but dated. Check‑in was fine, but the key I got didn’t work on the lock, so I had to go back to the lobby where they changed my room. I paid for a king‑size non‑smoking room, yet we received a queen smoking room that was so bad we had to wrap pillows with our own clothes to mask the odor. The smoke kept me congested all night, and we were given three flat pillows—two for my husband and one for me. I woke up after a short six‑hour sleep to yelling, banging, and fighting. After getting up, we noticed a mouse trap in the corner of the room, and that’s when we left. I’m sorry I didn’t take photos; they would have shown some of these issues.
