The staff were very nice and friendly, and the bed linen and towels were included. The best part was the warm pool with a view. Sometimes monkeys would hop around ;-) Breakfast had a good and large selection. The kettle was too calcified and had a loose connection – it only worked sporadically.

Opening the room doors to the ocean view was wonderful. A nice secluded corner of Lombok, away from the noise of Kuta. An enthusiastic monkey stole my coconut from the pool area

The view and the staff’s friendliness were nice, but the photos no longer reflect reality. The property is abandoned: rooms are outdated and very dirty, toilets leak, fixtures are defective and limescale‑covered, showers only spray a thin stream of water, doors close poorly, broken tiles, and lots of damp and mold. Cleaning is never automatic. If you want a clean room and fresh towels, you must ask reception and leave your keys. The outdoors are just as ruined: litter in the gardens, a dangerous pool terrace (boards lifting, exposed nails), broken sunbeds, and a murky pool upon arrival. The restaurant only offers three dishes, “non‑spicy” requests aren’t honored, and breakfast is very basic. Monkeys are also very invasive and can become aggressive, not to mention cats that meow at your feet begging for food. The only positives are the magnificent view and the adorable staff who try to make up for the uncomfortable accommodations. It’s important to know the hotel is isolated, more than 30 minutes by scooter from Kuta. Without a scooter or car you can’t do anything. Our opinion isn’t about the price. We weren’t looking for a luxury hotel, just photos that match reality. They’re now misleading and need updating to stop deceiving travelers. The price does not excuse the deception!

The place is an excellent deal, with a prime spot that lets you step from your bedroom onto a wide view through huge sliding doors. The infinity pool is stunning, complete with sunbeds and amazing vistas. The on‑site restaurant offers a view over the water, and the bed is big and cozy. Overall, a beautiful spot to stay.
