The sea view from the window was soothing, the room was just the right size, tidy, and clean, and downstairs the owner’s restaurant served a delicious burger set!

We got to New Chitose airport in the evening while heavy snow was falling, our flight was delayed, and we had to pick up our rental car outside of normal hours before heading to Otaru, but the receptionist was very understanding, told us to drive safely, stayed with us until we got close to 11 pm, and that made us feel completely at ease after a tense trip to Otaru!

The room was clean and comfortable, but the location isn’t friendly for someone who isn’t driving and there are only stairs 🥲
