Near the main street that ends at the Pompeya archaeological site, the room had nice touches to make the stay comfortable. The owner wanted to please and was attentive. I didn’t mention that there was no hot water, and the entrance feels a bit scary at night.

My partner and I stayed here for six days and could not have been happier with our choice. The room was compact yet exceptionally well‑equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, and free parking was a huge bonus—we easily found a spot every single day. What truly made our trip unforgettable was the host. They were remarkably kind, polite, and always available whenever we had a question or needed local recommendations. One day, we simply asked for a broom so we could tidy up a bit ourselves. Instead, while we were away visiting Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, we came back to a completely cleaned apartment with fresh bed sheets and even a sweet little surprise waiting for us! That level of care and generosity truly touched our hearts. Nothing else to add.

The room was clean and welcoming, and the manager was very helpful and kind. The room had a third extra bed, which we needed because we have a 7‑year‑old child. However, the bed blocked access to the bathroom. Then, thanks to the manager’s kindness and availability, we made some adjustments to the furniture layout and it became possible to stay more comfortably. The room should be arranged or furnished differently to fully meet this request, and I hope the host has taken some suggestions into account and made changes.

The walk to Pompeii isn’t bad, and the train station is also close. D. Fortunato’s service was very pleasant, always ready to help.
