I stayed at a hotel 10 to 15 minutes from Pollensa, a former estate turned into a beautifully renovated property, perfect for unwinding. The owner, Nicolás, was an outstanding host, and the staff were highly trained. Pedro, the maître d’, was very helpful, from lugging our luggage to recommending wine and food.

The house was gorgeous, with a finished interior, located just outside Pollenca in the mountains, which made it very secluded. Nothing was lacking – it was fantastic and we’re eager to return.
