“The Creative Gates to Heaven”

From the moment I stepped out of the elevator, the owners had clearly crafted a vibe that worked. The entrance was greeted by tasteful graffiti, and the entry nook exudes a cool, modern, hip feel that instantly makes you smile. Inside, the apartment is a spacious, cozy industrial loft with great amenities and plenty of room to stretch out. After a week of subpar stays in Tokyo, this place was a reset for me. I kicked off my shoes, loaded my laundry, took a hot shower, found a plush spot to relax, and began designing to my heart's content. I’m writing this long review because, as of last night, this place will always hold a special place in my heart—it’s where I crafted the cold open for the art manga I’m preparing to publish in the coming months. My creativity was sparked, and it opened doors for future dreams. I highly recommend this spot for artists, families, small groups, or anyone seeking a comfortable space brimming with creative energy. It’s exactly what I had been looking for, and I’ll definitely return. A special shout‑out to Illi Esu. Salve. The only small issue was that I had trouble locating the correct building upon entry; just look for the Kebabs. The owner is very humble and nice.

“Great location and spacious trendy apartment”

The space was ample, giving plenty of room for a family of five, and the location was great. I appreciated the washing machine and hanging racks for clothes. It felt unfinished, like a half‑completed renovation, and it needs a repaint—there are a few stains on the walls.
