I stayed at a great hotel in an excellent location with amazing service; the rooms were spotless, and breakfast was delicious. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, and a special thanks to Cem from the reception who helped me with everything. I will definitely be back!

The location is great and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds; breakfast is decent though the selection could be more varied for a four‑star property, but the hotel restaurant was closed in the evenings, the air‑conditioning never turned on in the room, the overall furnishings felt old and worn, and the bathroom fixtures were very basic.

I’m shocked by the place. The advertisement is completely different from reality, and the reality is awful. It’s considered deception to post pictures that don’t reflect reality. The hotel is very old and unclean.

The breakfast selection is limited and tasteless, and the food presentation is poor.

There were free rooms available at the very last moment. The room was very large and the beds comfortable. The air‑conditioning system was extremely noisy, so I barely slept.
