Outrigger really shines – the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our family’s dietary needs, making dining stress‑free and enjoyable, which was a real highlight for us, especially traveling with multiple food restrictions; the tropical surroundings and relaxed vibe added to the experience. However, I mistakenly booked through a third‑party site that couldn’t guarantee the rate, so when I arrived I had to pay more for the same room I’d reserved, which was frustrating – never book through the hotel’s own website again.

“Relaxing, comfortable and swimming!”

Every day the pools and activities were great, I loved the rooms too, it felt like a real little village! The only downside was there wasn’t much around.
