Located in Tel Aviv's City-Centre district, Ultra Tel Aviv Boutique Hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 700 meters from Dizengoff Square. This 700-meter walk also leads to Meir Park. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, satellite channels, and free films, as well as rainfall showers and free toiletries. The location was great, breakfast was excellent and indulgent, the front desk welcomed us with a wonderful host who escorted us to the room, we booked two rooms and ended up with adjacent rooms plus a connecting door, which was fantastic; the only issue was that the walls were very thin and we heard people banging doors at night, so I would suggest putting a sign saying “keep quiet after midnight” to help.

The location was excellent, the front‑desk staff were professional, very attentive, and the friendliest; the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the night was quiet, the shower had a strong flow, hot water, and luxurious towels, and the morning coffee was outstanding—everything was just perfect for me.

Location is great, free coffee and drinks, decent breakfast, good shower. The downside is the noisy pipe suction system.
