Location and view were amazing. The toilet/ shower was too small. The decoration was outdated

The staff listened to and responded to my complaints, and I’m grateful for their professionalism. Still, the initial room experience was disappointing: the bathroom was fine, but the bedding was utterly uncomfortable, as if the bed were rocking like a boat. We were moved to a second room, which was even worse—still uncomfortable beds, a dirty floor, and a bathroom overrun with mold. Fortunately, the next day the team upgraded us to a third room that was clean and had decent bedding. The staff handled the situation well, but it was frustrating to have to change rooms three times just to receive normal service.
