The place sits in a great spot and the price was fair for the stay, plus the staff were friendly and the owner even added some extra amenities in the room, like free shampoo and body wash. However, the floor near the nightstand and on both sides of the bed had hair follicles, the shower knob felt a bit loose, towels were spotted and had hair, and the floor itself was a little dusty.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. The price is excellent and the accommodation offers everything it promises, including a pool and air conditioning. Towels were replaced frequently without us having to ask. We received bath amenities, a first bottle of water, two coffee capsules, and a Greek wine on the first day. I didn't opt for the included coffee, but the on‑site coffee ranges from €9‑14, is very complete and well served (highly recommended). The location in Fira is great, very close to the town center. Sure you have to walk up and down streets, but it's much less than other places (Santorini requires a lot of walking, haha). Loved it and already want to return! The only minor hiccup was that the address on Booking was wrong, but the owner sent the correct one via SMS and explained over the phone, so that was resolved nicely. Nothing else to complain about.

It’s a 15‑minute walk from the bus terminal, far from the crowds (!!). The reception was very warm, the breakfast was hearty and the value for money was excellent. Nothing to add.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room came with complimentary water and coffee. It’s only a 10‑minute walk to town.

The staff were particularly kind and attentive. The hotel was pleasant, quiet, very clean and within walking distance from the center. We appreciated everything.
