環境整體還算ok，飯店外觀設計感不錯，但就是飯店如其名Mini 房間是真的很Mini. Check in時，櫃台登記完資料，給了房卡，沒有任何入住事項的告知。 因為當天我們check in完還有外出，晚上12點回飯店後詢問車位，並沒有告知我們地下室停車位已滿，就要求我們停到對面的特約停車場，可以接受車子停到外面，只是在詢問夜班櫃台人員停車問題時的態度、口氣極差還有表情不耐煩。 想請問這是貴公司訓練人員的方式嗎?

They still offer drinks, and after many stays I finally got a room with a window this time, which made the space feel wider and brighter. The seating area is shaped nicely for photos. I’ve stayed here many times, but this time I somehow managed to park at the opposite paid lot—luckily the hotel covered the cost, otherwise I’d have been upset. I usually get a call around noon before check‑in to confirm the time and whether I’m driving; this time the call went unanswered and I only got a text, so I didn’t reply until after 3 pm and went straight there. The staff said there were no spots, so they arranged the opposite lot for us at the hotel’s expense. My husband said that if we hadn’t received the call, we might not have secured a spot, but it was a Wednesday, not a holiday. Service used to feel friendlier, but I’m glad I got a window room. The next morning, a heavy rain fell and the sound outside was loud enough to startle us.
