The hotel and the outdoor areas are impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff are warm and friendly, and the service in every area is courteous and engaged. It was an all‑inclusive experience full of pure enjoyment and well‑being.

The room was one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in, and considering that my boyfriend and I travel a lot, it’s a compliment we don’t give often. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a room with a private pool and sea view upon arrival, a gesture we really appreciated! The food was excellent, with an enormous variety of choices, perhaps even too many! The beach was very convenient, perfect for relaxing, and the pools were simply magnificent. A special thank you to the animators Federico, Ezy, and Momo, always kind, helpful, and welcoming. In particular, Federico involved us from day one with great spontaneity and friendliness, making us feel at ease right away even though we had booked independently via Booking. That level of attention is far from taken for granted and helped make the vacation even more enjoyable. The only point I would improve is the bar service. In most cases the staff were not particularly friendly, and we noticed a clear difference in treatment towards guests who left tips. I believe hospitality and kindness should be guaranteed equally to everyone.

This hotel is a real gem - it's beautifully laid out, with a pool that spills over onto the beach. We were blown away by the courtesy of the staff at all levels, including the reception staff, who were all attentive and helpful. The chef even offered us a shower in a spare room when we had to check out early. The restaurant was top-notch, and we'd definitely come back here with our sports club. The only downside is that the buildings are new, but that's about it.

One Resort Premium Hammamet is a paradise on earth, thanks to its incredible staff and stunning surroundings. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by Mamdouh, the manager, who made me feel right at home with his warm and welcoming attitude. The front-of-house reception team, Bassem, Meriem, and Cherine, were absolute stars, always ready to help and making every interaction smooth and pleasant.
