“I wouldn’t go back to be honest.”
The location is very good and the hotel is clean, but some staff need to work on their behaviour. I booked this hotel for my mom’s 60th birthday, yet some staff members were absolutely terrible. The bar staff were beyond rude. The night‑time porter made you feel like an absolute child when you entered the hotel, telling you to shush for no reason, and almost followed you to your room to make sure you didn’t talk—something I’ve never experienced before. If you plan to go out and enjoy yourself, don’t book this hotel.
