I was thrilled with the stay; the location, cleanliness, and staff all earned top marks, and I’m sure I’ll return soon. Thanks for letting us enjoy your apartment, and kudos to Donatel and his colleague who keep the units in great shape.

The owner was a fantastic host, checking in multiple times to make sure everything was fine and to see if we needed anything. We couldn’t get into the building alone at first, but Lamberto called us back and let us in remotely, and later the app login worked smoothly. The cleaning crew were friendly and thorough. The city beach is about a 10‑minute walk, Maria Pia beach 20‑25 minutes, and the city centre another 20‑25 minutes; we walked to all of them. We felt very comfortable and would gladly choose this place again. The beach towel, towels, umbrellas, and the “treasure” cupboard (sunscreen, shampoo, balm, disposable razor, makeup remover wipes…) were a huge help. A note for those who want to explore Alghero by public transport: the long‑distance buses only carry passengers (we once missed a bus and had to wait for the next one, and about 30 people were left at the stop when returning to Alghero), and there aren’t many or frequent long‑distance services, so don’t rely on the last bus! A microwave next to the shared fridge and coffee maker would have been nice, but its absence didn’t bother us.

We had a wonderful stay; the place was spotless, the location superb, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and willingness to assist were much appreciated, and overall we had a great experience that we would definitely recommend. The only drawback was that the walls were quite thin, so we could sometimes hear the neighbours clearly.

The room was large and welcoming, with attention to every detail: air conditioning, espresso machine, kettle, umbrella, beach towels… the bathroom was equally spacious and functional. We had breakfast included, which was a voucher usable at a nearby pastry shop, and we were very happy with it—everything from sweet to savory was fresh and delicious. Lamberto was always available and attentive.

The structure is beautiful, very close to Alghero’s historic centre, and extremely convenient. The bus stop at the nearby station lets you go almost anywhere in Alghero and the surroundings (Capo Caccia, Bombarde, airport, etc.). Lamberto is a very kind and helpful guy who doesn’t leave anything out (there are also beach umbrellas and other useful items you can take freely). Just write to him for anything and he takes care of it immediately. Highly recommended! I’ll come back.
