The guest house was cozy and located perfectly, though parking can be a bit tricky; the property does offer a small car park for guests. Our room was clean, bright, and spacious with a nice bathroom. The mini‑bar was a welcome bonus, stocked with soft drinks, wines, and spirits. I would definitely return.

We appreciated how small and personal the place felt; with only seven rooms, we got to know the other couples staying there. The only downside was parking: we knew there was a small car park, so we arrived early and managed to park at the house. There are many spots nearby, but the surrounding properties had a lot of construction work, so the area was filled with work vans.

The staff’s attention to detail was impressive, and the decor was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the lounge with a bar was pleasant, offering access to a nice garden.

This was our second stay and just as before everything was perfect. Accommodation is excellent with every little extra in the room you may have forgotten there for you. Again really like the mini bar. Breakfast was excellent, I like the fresh fruit,yoghurt and yummy muesli.really enjoyed my toasted bacon sandwich as I didn't want a full breakfast.location is excellent and they genuinely care about their guests.already looking forward to our next stay. Nothing to dislike. Exceptional accommodation

The guest house was excellent, thanks to hosts Stephen and Archie who were wonderful. Breakfast was good, and the place is close to both the beach and the town centre, so I’ll definitely come back to Hunstanton.
