Arriving late in the evening after having told them our arrival time, no one answered our calls. We booked two rooms as a family, but ended up with one room on one side and the other on the opposite side, and the receptionist didn’t speak English and seemed distracted. She left us standing there without calling anyone or fixing the issue. Exhausted, we all slept in the two booked rooms, and my daughter had to lie on the floor because no mattress was provided. They cancelled the booking on the platform but demanded cash; only after we handed it over did they stop knocking on the door. The staff were incompetent and the management of the situation was absurd. Don’t go.
