Cleanness and location. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast, no variety, was the same menu every day

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms spacious and clean, and they were extremely helpful arranging tours and transfers for our small group.

“A very pleasant little complex with very friendly staff.”

The room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed an excellent evening meal that night. The private complex had a small swimming pool. Tembie and ‘Mr. Elephant’ were both very friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms felt a bit dated, though everything was clean, tidy, and functional. A common issue was the lack of a plug in the bathroom sink, but that was easily resolved. The linking door between our apartment and the adjacent room was flimsy, letting us hear every conversation from the neighbors; I had to bang on the door when they were screaming, shouting, and playing loud music late at night, but the noise eventually stopped. A sound‑proof door could have fixed that. Only three sun beds were available at the pool; having two or three more would have been nice.

Everything was great and offered good value for money, but the breakfast menu should have more variety.
