The staff were really on top of things – front desk, restaurant, everything felt attentive and friendly. The only thing that threw me off was the missing minibar; I expected at least a few drinks in the room. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the people, just wish they’d add a fridge.

We showed up to find the hotel completely overbooked and our reservation tossed aside. The front desk explained they’d taken too many bookings in a rush and couldn’t squeeze us in, promising a refund for any charges but gave no paperwork to prove it. I'm still not sure what, if anything, was taken off my card.
