My room was unusable, and the other room I booked was also problematic. The building wasn’t clean, and sometimes the lift wasn’t working.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's central location, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The room was essentially a converted apartment, which was a bit of a letdown. The building itself is quite old and in need of some serious maintenance. I didn't have high expectations for the breakfast, and it didn't disappoint – it was non-existent.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some significant issues. The heating in our room wasn't working properly, which made for a chilly stay. To make matters worse, the room wasn't cleaned to a satisfactory standard, and the breakfast was served late, which was frustrating.

I really enjoyed the communal areas of the hotel, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working in our room, which made for a stuffy stay. It was a shame, as the hotel had a lot of potential.

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its fantastic location, which made it easy for me to get around the city. Unfortunately, these problems overshadowed the hotel's prime location, making my stay a disappointing one. I left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed by the hotel's overall quality.
