The location was great and towels were provided, but it was very noisy; people talked past midnight in the lounge and you could hear everything in the room. The window in room 5 let in little daylight and no fresh air at all. The bed was very uncomfortable, and one of my towels was dirty.

I liked the location and the ability to make coffee, and the bathrooms were clean, but the air conditioner gave off a bad smell and the whole hostel had a foul odor; during my 4‑day stay I even had to kill two cockroaches in my room.

It was okay, but that’s about it. The room was smaller than it looked and noisy if facing the street. There were no shelves, so clothes lay on the floor. The walls were so thin you could hear conversations in the next room. Kitchen facilities were minimal – especially the crockery. It wasn’t as central as I thought, but a market and supermarket were nearby. It was overpriced for what it is, but it was clean.

The spot was good, surrounded by many shops and cafés, with a big Mercadona just off the corner, and the airport bus C6 stopped about 500 m away; the staff were invisible, nobody came to clean, the communal kitchen was overcrowded, laundry wasn’t changed for a week, the communal kitchen’s laundry was dirty, a pile of dirty laundry kept growing in the bathroom, the cleaner apparently only came after check‑out and left black, smelly laundry in the bathroom, the room lacked enough hangers or hooks, the noise from cars and the street seeped in, the air conditioner was rattling and leaking water, garbage fell out intermittently, it never worked properly, the windows were very dirty and unwashed, and looking out of them was grim with everything grey and foggy—at least the windows should have been washed from the outside once a year.

The place was great, spotless and tidy, and the price was an outstanding value.
