The breakfast was weak, the location was good, the parking was okay, and the new pool was acceptable, but I chose this hotel for the spa and, honestly, nothing worked except the pool.

Only the hotel's location was good. Unfortunately the property needs a specific renovation, from the rooms to the pool area.

Breakfasts were good, though repetitive. There was a nice small indoor pool (about 8 by 6 m) and an outdoor one (about 12 m by 7 m). The bowling alley in the club was extra paid, but the prices were moderate. The family apartment was functional. Communication with hotel staff was good; there was no problem asking for trash removal or an extra roll of toilet paper. The location was good for going to Polańczyk or as a base for the Bieszczady. Because we stayed on the top (3rd) floor, we experienced over 30‑degree heat. Unfortunately there was no air‑conditioning; it would be worth adding it, at least in the corridors, especially near the elevator. Luckily the restaurant and playroom had AC, and there was a pool. Nighttime airing of the room helped, but our rooms faced the street, above the club, so we had to deal with noise until about midnight. Rooms could have been refreshed. Breakfasts were OK, but in the afternoon the restaurant worked quite slowly, especially when we hit the lunch‑dinner rush. The outdoor pool could really use a cover at night to keep the heat. In the morning we had to wait a bit for it to reach the right temperature.
