Beautiful location. Lovely pool. Picturesque hotel. Helpful front desk staff. The food was okay but not great and pricey for the few options. No one around for a while to order pool‑side drinks. You can self‑park at the water tower overnight for free and it’s a 5‑minute walk.

“Stunning location, unique and private hotel.”

The hotel was absolutely incredible, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was stunning; sitting there with a glass of wine I could spend many hours. The location was unique, the hotel spread across old houses in the Castillon and you’re in a true rural French town overlooking the Pont du Gard. Honestly I can’t wait to return. Swimming pool hours are somewhat limited due to morning cleaning around 10/11 AM. I’m an early riser so like to get out early.

The beauty of the place with a lot of charm. The staff were kind. Very quiet spot. Breakfast was very good with quality products despite the slightly high price. Beautiful pool and lovely gardens with sofas etc. The outdoor parking with valet service is a bit pricey. We found spots in the village. The pool’s cleanliness could be better, it was full of wasps and other insects. The room lacked charm, a real shame compared to the magnificent surroundings (cheap dresser, unstable, no décor except hats hanging on the wall).

“Un bel hôtel, mais des prestations pas à la hauteur aussi.”

The pool and setting are superb. Breakfast is good. The air conditioning didn’t cool anything. Unfortunately it was 37 °C that day. The shower window lacked curtains. The room blinds couldn’t be raised. The bedding is fine, nothing more. The parking is very far.
