The view and location were superb, but they didn’t give us bedsheets, a single bar of soap, and the bathroom smelled bad.

Nothing major was good. Everything was a disaster: the location was high up so we had to haul all our bags up there, the AC was broken, the TV was awkwardly placed, the fridge didn’t work, the bathroom was filthy, the beds were painful, and there was no hot water.

The resort was amazing and the price was very reasonable. The staff were cooperative and kind, especially Honor who was helpful. I loved my stay there and would highly recommend it.
