“Mejorable”
The front‑desk staff were attentive, but the room was not clean, the bed was just stretched out, the breakfast was limited, and the staff took a long time to restock the food.
“No repetiría”
Even though I explicitly asked for a single room, it faced the train tracks and was very noisy, even at night. They didn’t tell me about parking options, which turned out to be excessively expensive.
“Fabulosa como siempre”
Everything was great—cleanliness, staff, very comfortable beds, and the proximity to the Renfe station that takes you straight to Madrid’s center—though the noise level and the air conditioning were a bit annoying.
The area is great and the location is very convenient.
