We enjoyed a clean, well‑equipped place with convenient parking. The only small issue was that our room faced the street, so we could hear passing cars at night. Aside from that, everything was good, and the price was definitely worth it.

We chose Za Ethno House Izvor because of its proximity to Plitvice Lakes and good reviews, and we were not disappointed. The room we rented was perfectly clean, fully equipped, and had comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the friendly and courteous hosts and the excellent breakfast made from local produce. The host, besides renting out the property, keeps animals and produces dairy, honey, and liqueurs that you can buy to take home. All the breakfast items—eggs, cheese, yogurt, ham, jams, honey, bread, cake—were homemade from their own farm. If we’re near again in the future, we’ll definitely stay at Ethno House Izvor again. Highly recommended to all other guests. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.
