The décor is very nice. The rooms are smaller and more cramped than the photos show.

We had a wonderful stay. The spot was super convenient, close to all the main sights and plenty of restaurants. Ariana, the host, was very friendly and helpful, offering great food and visit suggestions. A few things could use a tweak: the bathroom feels a bit cramped, and the hot water runs out when many guests have used it. Also, the air conditioning didn’t cool the room as much as we’d liked, especially when it gets warm.

The staff were attentive, the location was great, the room was cool, the bed was very comfortable, and the Rituals soap was nice. The smart TV was also excellent. We missed a place to dry clothes and towels, and it would have been nicer to have orange juice instead of lemonade at breakfast—though I ended up liking the lemonade. There was a little street noise at night and people coming and going from the rooms, but it wasn’t a big issue for me.

Excellent facility and hostess. Ariana personally received us, gave us an overview of the area and all tips. The apartments are professionally decorated and well thought with all amenities and classy details. The hostess stayed on top of everything and responsive for any needs we could have. Parking is a problem in the area but has nothing to do with the property. If traveling by car i recommend returning it while staying in Split since it is walkable
