The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. I booked a double room for myself and my three‑year‑old baby, but when we arrived they told me I had to pay to keep my baby in the room, which was shocking; they also didn’t reply to my email. I wonder if I should book a separate room for my child and would suggest they improve and simplify their booking options.

The location and staff were good, but the TV in the room next door was loud.

The stay at Demo Hotel was truly pleasant: the place was spotless, the beds super comfy, the location great, and the staff incredibly friendly. Everything matched my expectations.

The location is super convenient, just a 5‑minute walk from Milano Centrale. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and there were several breakfast options to choose from.
