The place is simply lovely, with a prime location, plenty of parking, and a flawless room. What really matters, though, is the personal vibe and the warm welcome, plus homemade jam served at breakfast!

The rooms were tidy and pleasant, the breakfast spread was good, and the staff were friendly. There was a lockable bike shed, and the room stocked shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a hair dryer. The pillows, however, were rather uncomfortable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and parking was free right at the property. An elevator was available, and a small communal fridge could be found in a tiny shed. The room sat on the top floor and, in July, the high temperatures made it quite hot. The sloped roof window offered limited ventilation, and with no air‑conditioning, cooling the room was difficult. I also wished for a slightly better room setup—perhaps a small fridge and a thoughtful touch like a bottle of water, a kettle, and coffee and tea, which many hotels now provide.

Very clean, tidy, and charming with a quiet suburban feel. It’s close to a nice restaurant and Munich airport, and the hostesses were very friendly. Breakfast was good, the room comfortable, and the bathroom well‑equipped. No complaints.
