We were greeted so warmly and felt genuinely cared for the whole time; the two‑storey room was roomy and very comfy, and the host noticed every little thing to make you feel at home—truly a great place to stay in Chiang Mai and we’d gladly come back ❤️

If you're looking for a spacious room, this place is worth considering. However, be aware that the reception area is often empty, and the location is a bit far from the city center.

The family room was a real gem - it was spotless and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to our stay. However, the location of the property was a bit of a mystery to us - it's situated between two old buildings that looked like they'd seen better days, and the surrounding area didn't exactly scream 'tourist destination'. Still, it was a great base for our adventures.

We were really taken with the property's charm and our apartment was huge, which was a bonus. However, the location was a bit of a letdown - it's a good 20-minute drive from town and getting a ride can be a real challenge, especially if you're not familiar with the area. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - it was like they'd given up trying, with everything swimming in oil and the fried rice tasting like it was made from the stuff.

One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious rooms, which were a welcome respite after a long day of exploring. However, the breakfast schedule was a bit unpredictable, and the staff could be a bit cold and unfriendly, especially when it came to serving meals. In fact, they were the only ones I encountered during my 10-day trip to Chiang Mai who seemed genuinely unfriendly.
